{"id":107128,"date":"2025-09-11T19:39:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T23:39:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/editionap.ca\/?p=107128"},"modified":"2026-02-17T21:52:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T20:52:16","slug":"construction-du-pavillon-lefaivre-approuvee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tribune-express.ca\/en\/actualites\/construction-du-pavillon-lefaivre-approuvee\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction du pavillon Lefaivre approuv\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Un nouveau pavillon ext\u00e9rieur sera ajout\u00e9 au parc communautaire riverain du village de Lefaivre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le conseil municipal d&#8217;Alfred-Plantagenet a approuv\u00e9 l&#8217;attribution du contrat de construction \u00e0 Charles Dicaire, de Luxus Timber Frames, et le Lions Club de Lefaivre finance le projet.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de leur r\u00e9union du 2 septembre, les membres du conseil ont examin\u00e9 un rapport administratif r\u00e9sumant l&#8217;historique du projet de pavillon propos\u00e9 pour Riverside Park et expliquant pourquoi Luxus Timber Frames est le meilleur entrepreneur pour ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>La politique d&#8217;approvisionnement de la municipalit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de contrats stipule que tout contrat d&#8217;une valeur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 000 dollars doit faire l&#8217;objet d&#8217;un appel d&#8217;offres sous pli cachet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le site du parc riverain pr\u00e9vu pour le projet, avec sa pente en forme de cuvette vers les rives de la rivi\u00e8re des Outaouais, n\u00e9cessite un entrepreneur poss\u00e9dant les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences particuli\u00e8res requises pour installer les pieux n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la construction dans une fondation en ciment. Le rapport de l&#8217;administration souligne que la partie en b\u00e9ton de la fondation du pavillon est \u00ab un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 \u00bb du projet, car l&#8217;objectif est que le b\u00e2timent soit construit et achev\u00e9 avant d\u00e9cembre de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le Lions Club de Lefaivre a collabor\u00e9 avec la municipalit\u00e9 \u00e0 divers projets d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration du parc riverain.
