His case will then return to court on February 23.<\/p>\n<p>Nadler is accused of killing Albert Poidinger, 89, a resident of Pointe-Claire, Qu\u00e9bec, when the deceased was at Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HDGH) last year. Police were at the hospital March 25 2021 in response to a call about a patient\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Nadler was later arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
