The following consent applications have been submitted to the Planning and Forestry Department of the Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell:
B-030-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 17.6 hectares from a property located at 1840, Alfred Concession 3 Road to enlarge a property located immediately east of it, north-east of the Village of Alfred. The subject land is described as part of Lot 17, Concession 3, in the former Township of Alfred now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
B-035-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.17 hectare from a property located at 56A and 56B Pendleton Street for the creation of a new lot on Pendleton Street in the Town of Vankleek Hill. The subject land is described as Lot 11, Concession 6, in the former Town of Vankleek Hill now in the Township of Champlain.
