The Senior boys soccer team lost to Saint-Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School by a score of 1-0 in the semi-finals.  VCI will still represent Prescott-Russell in the A division as they were the only ‘A’ school to make it to the semi-finals.

The Varsity ultimate-frisbee team won the semi-finals 8-2 against ESCRH before defeating L’Escale 6-1 in the finals.

The EOSSAA tournaments for both soccer and ultimate frisbee will take place in spring as leagues in other regions are scheduled later in the school year.

VCI Rebels teams are starting new seasons in senior boys’ basketball, boys’ hockey, and girls’ volleyball. Schools in Prescott-Russell have added a third tear to their junior girls’ volleyball league, with VCI, ESCRH, L’Escale and RDHS fielding 2 junior teams to allow more girls to play.
