Everyone had a good time at this year’s Vankleek Hill Fair.

The weather worked in partnership with the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society this year with sunny skies and an occasional breeze to help keep fairgoers from getting too hot as they wandered around the fairgrounds during the four-day event.

The Fair Parade last Thursday, marking the opening of the four-day celebration of Champlain Township’s agricultural history and heritage, featured a huge number of floats and other moving displays.

Some events during this year’s ran a bit late on their starting times but were well-received all the same.
