The United Counties of Prescott-Russell (UCPR) and the Town of Hawkesbury had planned to host a joint virtual public hearing Thursday, May 27, on a proposal by a numbered company, 8362505 Canada Inc, for a huge residential and commercial development project on the former PPG industrial site at 545 Industriel Boulevard.
