The subject land is described as part of Lot 24, Concession 10, in the former Village of St-Isidore, now in The Nation Municipality.
B-060-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 1.7 hectares from a property located on part of Lot 24, Concession 10, to enlarge a property at 4651 Ste-Catherine Street, in the village of St-Isidore. The subject land is described as part of Lot 24, Concession 10, in the former Village of St-Isidore, now in The Nation Municipality.
B-061-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 6.86 hectares from a property located at 5079, County Road 17 as a new lot for residential purposes with access from Station Road, west of the Village of Alfred. The subject land is described as part of Lot 5, Concession 6, in the former Township of Alfred, now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
B-062-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.09 hectare from a property located at 695, Station Road to enlarge a property immediately east located at 619 Alfred Concession 7 Road, in the Village of Alfred. The subject land is described as part of Lot 6, Concession 6, in the former Township of Alfred, now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
B-068-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 2027 square meters from a property located at 455, Front Road West, to enlarge a property at 439, Front Road West, in the Village of L’Orignal. The subject land is described as Registered Plan 15, Part Farms Lots 7 and 8 in the former Village of L’Orignal now in the Township of Champlain.
