B-045-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.04 hectare from a property located on part of Lots 19 and 20, Plan M-35 as a new lot for residential purposes on Jessup’s Falls Road, in the Village of Plantagenet. The subject land is described as part of Lots 19 and 20, Plan M-35, in the former Village of Plantagenet now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet. The property is also subject to the following application B-046-2026.
B-046-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.03 hectare from a property located on part of Lots 19 and 20, Plan M-35 as a new lot for residential purposes on Jessup’s Falls Road, in the Village of Plantagenet. The subject land is described as part of Lots 19 and 20, Plan M-35, in the former Village of Plantagenet now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet. The property is also subject to the following application B-045-2026.
B-052-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.11 hectare from a property located at 400, Old Highway 17 as a new lot for residential purposes on Old Highway 17, in the Village of Plantagenet. The subject land is described as part of Lot 10, Concession 4, in the former Village of Plantagenet now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.
B-053-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.81 hectare from a property located on part of Lot 6, Concession 2 with access from Pattee Road, to enlarge a property located at 594, Pattee Road. The subject land is described as part of Lot 6, Concession 2, in the former Township of West Hawkesbury now in the Township of Champlain.
